Play around with the parameters which go above 1Q. Sometimes I am using 1Q although the website says 2Q which is not possible on the LPGT.

No, you just use the parametric eq which is part of the LPGT software.

Did you write to the support? They usually listen to their customers and I had good experience with them.

You are allowed to disagree and I disagree with you, judging by my own subjective ears. That's why I suggested to try out the auto eq. As I said before there is no objectivity in that field since we all hear differently.

I strongly recommend to try out to set the parametric eq to match your headphones according to the auto eq https://github.com/jaakkopasanen/AutoEq For me this was a revelation and without it the LPGT TI is not worth a penny, in my opinion. But we all have different ears and different opinions.

The TI with Audio Technica Awkt and Cardas Parsec cable. No case, no amp, pure sound.

Than I wouldn't buy it 😅. Since I love the Hartman curve sound of headphones the EQ is essential for me and there is no other parametric EQ in a mobile device out there.
