Good to know. Orpheus seems quite good but a bit expensive and First Times seems like a good in-between. On a scale of 1-10 with 1 being the stock cable and 10 being the Orpheus, where does the First Times land in terms of performance?

One of the great things about the Trailli for me is that it doesn’t sound crappy even if I just pair it with my phone or laptop. If I pair it with the Orpheus, does that mean it will sound worse with non-audiophile sources that may not have as much power now?

At least that's what I remember. I find the Symbio has punchier bass and more clear highs (which makes the highs more elevated/pronounced). Meanwhile the XELASTIC rumbles more, perhaps since the material is more soft and gives a better seal compared to the Symbio. They don't sound a lot...

I haven't tried double flange because I generally find them uncomfortable. If you are looking for an eartip that sticks to your ear better and with good pairing with Traillii, try AZLA SednaEarfit XELASTEC. I find it's pretty comparable to Symbio (although a little more bassy).

Love the Symbio Peel (W but without the foam) with my Traillii. I don’t know how it happened, I usually just set mine at volume 60 (out of 150). I haven’t used the DAP in a LONG time and maybe it was a bug when it booted, but yeah agree it should have at least defaulted to 0 volume.

I don't think you are making a mistake. I own the LX OG and would not trade them for a version with leaner bass and more mids - you can always change your tips to get your LXOG closer to LX SE sound but I don't bet you can change tips to make LXSE sounds close to LX OG.
