Frankly, I never care for the isolation part when I read reviews, although I use my IEM's mostly while commuting. IMHO 90% of the isolation is dependent on the tips you use. For me, a good tip collection is indispensable for anyone using IEMs extensively.

I think they do. I reported the issue as detailed as I could and also directed them to this thread. They said that they are aware of the issue and that it is under investigation. Let's hope that they are telling the truth!

Embedding alone is not the solution though. Not every image embedded to the file gets shown, it still needs to be one of those specific formats. But yes, embedding the amazon jpg's is a guaranteed solution as of now.
