Ya they are clampy. But i think they could be pretty god for portable use. Personally i think that nothing fits like the k240M.

I adore the k240 monitors. The k271 are nice but light for me. It seams that the 142's are a remake of the k240studio and 172 are remakes of the k140 which would make them great HDs. But this is all strictly superficially. I would like to really know for myself.
