To remove a card: I find that a small paper clip is easy to hold onto, not sharp and will be in most everyone's home or workplace. Do NOT unwind the clip....just use one of the rounded ends as it comes.

I am not sure how you have your music organized but even if it is by the album with no other breakdown you could simply create a folder (Album) that you call "Sleep Music" and place the albums you like in the folder. It would at least allow you to play only quiet music if you want, but I think...
