Fractional Volume on iDevices
I just got new IEMs (HF3) for use with my iPhone and I love the isolation provided by the foam tips. My goal is to leave IEMs w/ foam tips in my ears when I'm studying or working and have some relaxing music playing at a really low volume in the b/g. The problem is that the minimum volume...- fl1ckmasterflex

I was trying to dispose of this amp ever since I got the Little Dot amp months ago. However, I graduated, moved, etc and never go to it. I thought I'd give it away to someone deserving since I don't have much use of it anymore. I remember how hard it was to scrape cash together for buying gear...- fl1ckmasterflex

DAC Samping rate question. (EMU0202)
I recently got a E-MU 0202 DAC and it sounds pretty darn good . The 0202 comes with its own ASIO implementation and ASIO 4 All doesn't seem to work. I have a question about sampling rates. No matter what sampling rate I choose for the 0202, Mp3's with different sampling rates continue to...- fl1ckmasterflex

How close do you sit to your source?
My current setup is Nano (RockBoxed) > LD MK III > K 701 and if I pause the player and turn up the amp volume, I get a faint buzz. Not terribly important since I don't listen at those volumes, just another cause of future upgraditis- fl1ckmasterflex

LD MK III with K701 - Newbie's impressions
Hello, I recently upgraded my amp from the airhead to Little Dot MK III. I'm using it with the AKG K 701's ( 5 Months old with regular listening ) . I set up a few blind tests with a friend and could easily tell the difference (with some caveats). My sound source is a laptop line-out. Here are...- fl1ckmasterflex
