Selling Campfire Audio - Vega 2020. I'm the original owner, and bought them new in April 2021. Comes with original box, warranty card, and all originally-included accessories. There is a small tear in the sleeve of the left iem cable, after the split. It doesn't affect the sound, but I've...- HeartOfSky

Campfire Vega 2020
"The resulting tuning for mids instrument and vocals timbre is now euphonic, creamy, and smooth whereas previously the Vega offered a sharper contrasting signature." This is what I've been looking to find out. I've become so much more sensitive lately, and Atlas now causes my ears to fatigue...- HeartOfSky

Campfire Vega 2020
I enjoy the large sound of Atlas very much. I eventually was upgraded from Vega to Atlas, and it filled the void. I always missed Vega though. Something truly special about its behavior. Looking forward to selling Atlas and going for Vega 2020 soon. Woohoo!!!- HeartOfSky

Universally, I find these to be my favorite tips. I just wished they worked better on CA Atlas.- HeartOfSky

Official Sony WF-1000XM3 Thread - Noise Cancelling True Wireless Earphones
I just bought a "renewed" pair from Amazon. They sound amazing with my Note 10+. Decided to pair them to my NW-ZX300 and they sound even better than with the phone. Yay!- HeartOfSky

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
Thank you. I did that step before posting my question here. It's what led to that screenshot. As it currently appears, I can opt for the pop up every time I plug in, which will keep UAPP from hijacking the audio; or... I can tell the pop up to not ask me again, which will cause UAPP to open...- HeartOfSky

Thanks for replying! I did not have that setting "on". So, I turned it on, and closed UAPP. When I plugged the Cobalt in, the pop up still happened. BTW, have you listened through the Cobalt yet? It's pretty wow.- HeartOfSky

USB Audio Player PRO (UAPP): 24- and 32-bit playback, ubiquitous USB audio support for Android
Hey all! Just upgraded to the Note 10+ and am encountering something that's not really an issue, but is quite annoying. After searching online, and here, I'm not finding if it can be addressed or not. I'd like to find a way to disable UAPP from automatically starting whenever I plug in either...- HeartOfSky

Cascade Headphone by Campfire Audio
Yep. Used cloth pads and dampeners. I once loved the leather pads and the bass. The cloth pads cleaned it up and I was surprised at how much I liked that sound over the leather pads. What I'm finding, however, is that the longer I go the more I have come to dislike the sound. Along with that, I...- HeartOfSky

Cascade Headphone by Campfire Audio
I'm finding that the sound signature no longer works for me. I'm pretty much using them to watch shows, when I could sell them and use that money for a Dragonfly Cobalt and stuff. Also, I'm keen to own the Moondrop Kanas Pro. With a touch of EQ to calm the upper range, I appreciate their smooth...- HeartOfSky

So just imagine how much better it might sound if the audio weren't being altered by AndroidOS before it makes its way through the DAC and to your ears?- HeartOfSky

That would be hilarious. But I'd only be willing to buy it if it were 100x the retail price for non-audiophile grade weed. :P- HeartOfSky

Sony NW-ZX300
Rather than blind tests, which I regard as somewhat silly here, I'd rather someone get up properly on a psychedelic and then do the detail comparison. A huge aspect of our ability to discern sound is the attention our brains can dedicate, at any given moment. A single stray train of thought can...- HeartOfSky

Thanks! I had a friend lend me the Chord Mojo and I just didn't use it. It wasn't "portable" in the way I view the concept. Definitely made clear for me that mobile gear is more important than static. #Priorities.- HeartOfSky

Not even balanced. The frivolity of that particular expense is reserved for a later point in my timeline. Until then, just DAP (single ended) to Cascade. No experience with those cans. I have a very limited vocabulary with equipment, as I've only listened to a couple of products, most of them...- HeartOfSky
