I am from Europe and the DP-S1 from Amazon would have cost 270$ to ship to here. I bought the XDP-30R for 170€ from somewhere elese.

Are there any balanced ChiFi IEMs?

Is there anything right now that I can get for around 200-220€ that is better or similar to the DP-S1/XDP-30R (WiFi, Touchscreen)?

I am actually now thinking about maybe not buying a ChiFi DAP. I was thinking about buying the Onkyo DP-S1 or Pioneer XDP-30R. Also what's the difference between them? Are there any ChiFi DAPs or non ChiFi DAPs with a touchscreen and WiFi for around 200€ that might be better?

They both have the ESS ES9218 Quad DAC but I think they said that the one in the G6 has been improved.
