@AuneAudio I 100% agree with this proposed firmware tweak. It would be extremely advantageous to be able to just pause while the screen is off, rather than having to turn the screen on, then pause the track.

The 128gb card in the box works fine for me when you do full format using sdformatter to exFAT. I've had no problems.since doing this last week.

Don't know. I have one bought from Germany last month and it's like that. Z Reviews on YouTube had the same issue with his.

You have to cut it yourself. They're all like this apparently.

To be honest, I haven't had much chance to actually listen to music as was away with my young family Thurs/Fri, but I messed about with her a good bit whilst driving around and ran through menus and that, and my biggest gripe is the length of time it takes to actually register the SD card after...

So after a rocky start, my new love and I decided to spend some quality time together to try and understand each other better. I listened to her, apologised for not immediately understanding her ways, told her it was all my fault. Then a magic thing happened...she let me in. All of a sudden...

Yeah it came with a 128GB micro SD card. I formatted the micro SD card. Put about 200 tracks on it. No Device. Then I formatted the SD card again. Put 1 track on it. No Device again!

So I just took delivery of my brand new M1P, charged it fully, switched it on, and it now says "NO DEVICE", and will not switch off. No buttons works at all! I think I'm in love!

Ah yes. So this little darling of a DAP heavily relies on pure emotion for everything it does. Love it, and very good to know! That's exactly why I bought it. I'll do some form of a ceremony with incense when the Amazon box arrives with my micro SD inside.

Is there a micro SD card spec that Aune recommends for the M1P? Or better still, which cards work for you and which don't please? I'm taking delivery of my M1P this week and have been ripping FLAC's off Tidal to beat the band for the past few days in anticipation!

...and filenames are still short enough to work with this folder structure without having to rename, yeah? EG. C:/Music/Hip Hop/West Coast/NWA/Straight Outta Compton/

***Update*** The M1P is not being discontinued. I emailed Aune directly and got a response stating that it was not being discontinued as it's only at the start of a product cycle. Apparently Linsoul is not an authorised retailer for Aune. I ordered one directly from the official Aune Store in...

OK cool, so it works as a streamer from your phone then. That's a bonus. On the subject of track listing; is it straightforward to play an album in correct order of songs if the tracks are tagged properly? What's a good software for organising tracks these days as I haven't 'tagged and...

Thanks for your reply, and that sounds like good news. Sound quality and small form factor are my primary goals. If I'm in the gym I can bluetooth to my wireless earbuds too now I know it does work on the this firmware. Thanks
