Fixing it may be more costly than buying a new one. They’re pretty cheap now. If you know what failed and have access to a good solder station that has an air solder unit it’s probably an easy fix. Steady hands and magnifying goggles make these repairs pretty easy.

For the record the dual out balanced using the front TRS connections works the same as previous models. The penttconn connection sets balanced automatically but if your using a dual TRS - XLR adapter like this one it’s output and sound is the same but you have to set dual balanced out in the menu.

In auto using USB the rear XLRs will output a pre out analog signal. all you need to set is the default signal level. +4dba to +19dba I think. Becareful, the ADI-2 is meant to interface with professional equipment. Suggest setting to the lowest +dba setting at first. You’ll clip the tube amps...

The way to go is an 1 foot adapter from the amp to main headphone cable. I have Moon Audio adapters for standard 4 Pin XLR as well as dual TRS for ADI-2 Pro balanced connection. This way I just grab the connector I need and connected to my main cables. All of them use Switchcraft mini 4 pin xlr
