As the title says, anyone else here who suffers from this type of dermatitis? This kills the enjoyment I get from IEMs and earbuds. My ear canals get swollen and itchy whenever in contact with the said gear for prolonged periods of time. Are headphones the only answer?

Need help as im confused on what to choose. Torn between the sheer power of the zishan dsd and the multiple features of the x3ii (bt, etc). My highest- impedanced pair of headphones is 150ohms fwiw. Cheers!
