How long(hours) does it takes to get the UD503 to sound the best, the relative term would 'burn in' ?

I am new to headphones, suggestion needed on the headphone that will have good match with UD-503, I have Grado SR60, the vocal don't stand out, can afford to spend $500..

Thanks, I was under the impression  that we might able to tailor the sounds by tweaking the setting, however can any 503dac user can  shower me with bit of information  with the up-scaling options, I couldn't differentiate with up-scaling options.   However for my ears 503dac is better...

Bought one, however nothing exciting about the sound, it is laid back sound, using with CD transport and RCA output.   Suggestion required from user of 503Dac to alter the sound to be more dynamic,  with any specific setting and also if the cables can help..

So, DAP can replace the CD player?

Can X5 owners can give some opinion on the line out connected to amplifiers, how to do they sound when compared to standalone CD players?

Just compared 503 using coax from roksan k3 with roksan k3 cd, 503 have warm sound and detailed, however the vocal in roksan is prominent and striking
