Does anyone know the upgrade cycle of Fiio's Dacs and amps? A5 is almost 2.5 years in, so i'm just wondering... Also waiting and hoping they make a new K5 Dac+Amp in 2019 :)

I would suggest u save some more and go for JDS labs Atom for 100$. It will give more than enough juice to ur HD600s and will be a bit more future proof. It has ~4 times the power of the Fiio A3 and is newer. If u r looking for something portable then u can look at Fiio A5 as well. Another thing...

I too would like to know if any kind of cases will ever be available in India on Fiio's own site? Been waiting for it since I bought the BTR3 right at launch. It's sturdy but has glass for god's sake. I hope fiio provides them or at least distributes the 3rd party ones through their own channel...

I want to use this for connecting the 4.4mm male sennheiser hd660s to a 2.5mm female balanced output of ur fiio K3. I want to know if this adapter has any supported impedance range of its own or can i safely use a 150 or even 300 ohm headphone with this?

I understand if it might not be recommended, but a 3.5mm to 2.5mm + 2.5mm to 4.4mm (like fiio BL44) combination should work right...atleast in theory?

Hi guys, i'm new here and trying to decide between xdsd & q5 like some others...more comparisons wud def be appreciated. I'm confused about how I would be able to connect a 4.4mm cable to the 3.5mm balanced on the xdsd. Are there any 3.5mm balanced to 4.4mm balanced adapter cables?
