The Dash - Wireless Smart In-Ear Headphones
Hi Lobaba, I was wondering if you have an update on the Dash, after a couple of months of use. Did the firmware update and are some of the early bugs fixed now? I'm very interested in getting a pair, but it's a lot of money to just drop on a potentially "beta" product.- azt33

brazil vs north korea thoughts!
I think NK played very well, considering that none of the players have the qualities (i.e. technique) nor the playing environment as the Brazilian team. I really liked them! But then again, I'm usually rooting for the underdog =)- azt33

Nokia E65
I am using one right now. The battery lasts me about 2-3 days, but I have BT on all the time, connecting to my laptop and to the carkit whenever I am in the car. My use is about 1 hour of calling and maybe a few text messages a day, plus some WiFi when I am at uni. So it's not too bad I think...- azt33

Online store to buy lenses (for cameras) in Canada
My uncle is coming to visit me in three weeks time, and I wanted to ask him to bring a lens or two for my Canon DSLR. What is the best (and cheapest) store to get lenses? Preferably an online source, if it is available. He lives in Victoria Islands, if that makes a difference. Thanks for your...- azt33

The Canon Thread
Could someone help me in understanding the APS-C sensor and the cropfactor that comes with it? I always thought that both EF and EF-S lenses were multiplied by 1.6, but now I read on another forum that this is only for EF lenses, not for EF-S lenses. Is this true? (Can I just say that this...- azt33

The Canon Thread
OK, I am starting to doubt again. I just sold my 70-200mm because it didn't get any use at all. I was pretty set on getting the 10-22mm, because I wanted to get a UWA. But the person that bought the 70-200mm, had a 17-40mm with him, and I was able to take a few shots. They are amazingly sharp...- azt33

Thanks everyone, I am more or less settled on the 10-22 and 24-105 combo, if I feel it doesn't cover enough I can always get a 70-200 again. And Ian, I already have the nifty fifty (50 f/1.8), it's a fun lens for the price- azt33

I actually plan to use it for landscapes and such, I have a planned trip to HK in April and this would be a great addition. I am thinking of getting rid of the 70-200mm f/4 L that I have and get a 10-22mm instead. I noticed on my last trip, that I have not even used the 70-200mm once. I did notice that my kitlens (I know, I know, I want to replace it) was not wide enough at times. Do you guys/gals think that, for...- azt33

I joined the Canon camp too, I got a 350D kit with a 50mm f/1.8 II, 2 extra batteries and 2 4GB CF cards. I also found a relative cheap 70-200mm f/4 USM that I just paid for, should be here next week I just need to get a bag now and practice a lot.- azt33

How do people wash themselves in winter many years ago?
Did you guys know that it was the Arabic/Muslim slaves captured in North Africa that brought the 'washing habit' to Europe? Muslims must wash themselves for each prayer, and since there are five prayers each day, I would say they were pretty clean- azt33
