These are semi-closed/semi-open and they will leak a small amount of sound. Usually acceptable in most offices unless it's a near silent one like yours.

Quick question to HD650 owners (black box new ver.) Does anyone know where the serial number is on the headphones itself? It seems like they removed the sticker in the right cup from earlier models. Is the box the only way to find the serial number now?

This. I just got the HD650 and the midrange is just so sweet and natural. On the other hand THX00 are like mini subwoofers strapped to your ear which is just dam fun. ...But if I had to choose one I would take the HD650. It's more versatile with all genre and I wouldn't say the bass is lacking...

Got both the Alpha pads and the Omni Pads today. Initial impressions is that Omni pads are indeed closer sounding to stock. The mid bass feels slightly elevated (probably due to better seal) but the overall balance resemble the stock sound. The Alpha pads elevates both mid-bass and sub-bass but...

My wallet hurts... I did try the HM5 leather pads before this but they killed the sound for me. The mids got more recessed and it sounded boxed in. Hoping the alpha or omni pads will be closer to stock :')

I found the stock pads too stiff and hurt after 1-2 hours. While it wasn't bad, I do want to wear them for longer periods. While the alpha pads seem to be the way to go on this thread, zmf omni pads seem to be preferred on the EMU thread. So I ordered both and will be doing a comparison soon!

Been using my axon 7 for a few weeks now. Very impressed with the SQ, coming from a note 4. I'm on Tmobile and I haven't had any issues with the signal. I had some problems with the work wifi(disconnects) but my home wifi is great.
