Looks like this issue is back after 2 years. Just updated both 240 and 320. Now I hear cracking sound every time I pause/stop/play/next track. Switching a track to the beginning doesn't produce any cracking sounds, same goes for gapless mode. Any suggestions how can I relate this to AK engineers?

Not exactly twice the price. HP-V1 normally costs $500 while CV5 goes for $800. Afaik on a release date HP-V1 was about $600 if I'm not mistaken. I'm deciding between HP-V1 and CDM.
