Nah, both voice coil wires were soldered onto the "pins" just fine. Tested with multimeter and everything.

Be wary of output impedance with that. Many TPA6120a2 implementations have a far higher output impedance than many portable IEMs/headphones would need to not be affected. No clue as to how this particular implementation is in that regard, but It's something to think about.
