It depends on the source - I'm using DX320 and can't tell that female vocals on DTE900 are thick (rather big) or untransparent. On the other hand, the lushness of DTE900 can be an obstacle for someone who seeks vocals as a dominant part of music.

Guys, idk - this question keeps haunting me: should I upgrade the DTE900's cable to, let's say, Hakugei Bifrost or something from Effect Audio catalogue? I've read @Leonarfd review of Cadmus/Ares/Eros set from Effect Audio and I recall that for rock/metal music the best choice from this set...

Yup, it's driver flex - I experienced the same in my set of AQ7 Pro. I consider it to be a minor con.

It's the same palette I received - but if you want a pattern from previous templets, the SR crew is ready to cooperate.

Out of the box they're pretty good, with nice bass and subbass expression. I'll try to write more in a few days, but I'm affraid that it won't shed any new light on the subject due to this review by @Zerstorer_GOhren...

Oh, one more question: even though I just received the AQ7 Pro, should I also consider buying the DT600?

Even though the company has probably become history, I decided to buy AQ7 Pro. Fingers crossed.

I checked them out with my DX320 and got to say that Omnium is outstading. Watch out for this set!

These are HiFiGo X Zeos Render ear tips (size L). Pretty good ones - implantation is easy and smooth with really good isolation and slight bass emphasis.
