Hi i would lile to know if a portable headphone amp costing around 40.00 cad would be good enough to drive the hd 660s2.Its on amazon made in hong kong and says it can drive headphones up to 300 ohms.Customer reviews seem good.

My right ear hurts more than my left.I hope my ears adapt eventually.

I tried also to move it so that it did not touch the parts of my ear that were hurting but that just caused it to lose a lot of isolation and good sound.

You are lucky for sure.

The housing is touching the ear cartilage with very little pressure and there is pain only after a hour or so of use no matter what position i put them in.If this does not improve soon i will sell them.

I have had my xm4's for a few days now and they hurt my ears plus the isolation/noise cancelling is mediocre.i am looking at the comply truegrip pro tips as a possible solution.

Ok.I like many new andromeda owners are concerned about condensation build up especially during a heat wave.Any advice on how to protect one's iems besides using silica gel packets or would that be good enough?

Ok.I have read that alot of enthusiasts use it to clean out wax,debris and maybe moisture from their iems.I on the other hand will not and just use the cleaning tool with some alcohol.It's much safer.

Ok i use two 3 gram silica gel packets in my andromeda case to absorb any moisture plus i wipe down the iem with 70% isopropyl alcohol once a month.I do not wipe them down after every use like some others do.Do i reallly need to purchase a jodi vac or would just a cleaning tool be good enough?

So if you have wax or condensation down there it's still not good to try and remove it?

I would like to know how,if and how often you do this task.I have read of some using a jodi vac,...etc.
