I sent my MTW2s back today after I experienced a bunch of drop outs, followed by the right earbud’s touch controls ceasing working completely. A big shame as the sound was impressive.

They have been released. They’re available in the US and UK right now. They sound great, but noise cancellation is very disappointing.

I think you naturally tend to get more people who are disappointed wanting to discuss their shortcomings than happy people praising them. i absolutely love mine, and I much prefer them to the previous PX. I also prefer them to the Sonys, and myriad other ANC headphones that I’ve tried.

I'd like to see 3rd party tips, but crucially they'll have to fit inside the charging case to retain the AirPods' convenience.
