The sound out of the box was really bad, thin and dry. I was disappointed. After at least 48-hours of burn in, it become smooth and sweet. Now I love it!

Hi Paul, I brought my DX200 from amazon in 2017 and I think it is the first generation of DX200 that has the touch screen sluggish issue. I never have it fixed and now it is getting much worse. Do you still offer free fix on that? Please let me know what I should do. Thanks Jeff

Just received iDap-6 this afternoon. Hooked it up with my PS Audio Directstream DAC, I2S doesn't work. The DAC doesn't recognize any input from idap6 via i2s. Changed multiple cables, no luck. Anything that i might have missed or need to try? Thanks Jeff

It has lineout. x1a has better SQ and battery life than x1. the loosen 3.5mm and 2.5mm sockets in x1 are now fixed in x1a.

I brought mine from Amazo US and it has no screen issue. One thing to check is the USB adaptor. This low quality unit caused some bahavior issues and it ran hot. Once it is replaced everything is back to normal.
