I did the same thing. Felt the SD-2s had a smaller soundstage. Both fit pretty well - in the end I think I could have picked either. :)   Does anyone have a recommendation for a platform where I can buy a new cable (with remote) for my SD-2? Ideally in Germany.

What about the ATH-E50 or E70s (http://eu.audio-technica.com/headphones/in-ear/ATH-E70) they seem really new, and as I am fan of their cans, maybe this could be a solid option?   Just where to buy them in Germany is unclear to me.
