Yesterday I received the TPU case for New R6. Perfect fit, but R6 with the case looks more and more cheaper…

I, live in Japan, bought R6 2020 from MusicTeck, too, as it can’t be bought via Japanese distributor yet. It took just a week from NJ to Tokyo by DHL, but there is no problem and I am very satisfied with the support from Andrew and Grace.

By the way, I found such a TPU case for the new R6 on AliExpress. Just ordered it with dust plugs.

Thank you for your information. I also ordered at Musicteck, and charged $50 for shipping, so I have supposed that it will be shipped from US. It seems $50 is quite expensive for shipping rate from China to Japan.

After upgrading the firmware to 1.7 beta, the sort order of the albums became quite normal on Hiby App. (but not perfect) It is welcomed!

As discussed before, AP60 is Linux based, and AP200 is Android. Hidizs don’t have enough skill to fix the bug of Android firmware, as they themselves recognize.

DSF is a kind of DSD file format. Don’t you enjoy DSD with “MicroDSD”?

Have you tried DSF with IFI MicroDSD? AP200’s DAC out trouble occurs while playing DSF.

The little issues are solved, but not the big ones yet, maybe never.

Most of the bugs of AP60 (original) remains unfixed, too. They won’t update the firmware of AP200 any more, though they are saying “we will fix it SOON”. That is the Hidizs’ manner.

You are so lucky that you are enjoying AP200, and I am so unlucky that I am not satisfied with the boring sound of stand alone AP200.

Thank you for your comment. But Hidizs has said that they would be fixed by the new firmware, for almost half a year, but they aren’t yet. Malicious. Fraid.

I also decided to sell my AP200, because I cannot bear any more that Hidizs leaves the fatal bugs of DAC out unfixed. I won’t buy any product of Hidizs any more.

Music Player application is provided from Hiby, but the firmware is developed by Hidizs. They stated before that AP200 is the first Android device for them (all the others are Linux) and developing firmware on android OS is difficult for them.

Of course me, too. But, they said they will fix the DAC out bug soon, in last November. In This January, they will fix it in the end of the month. And in February, they will fix it in the end of this month, again. According to their comment for excuse, they do not have an enough skill to develop...

Within a few days, Hidizs will say it will be released in April, I believe.
