Is the Cowon Plenue D noticeably better than the X3ii? 

Hi all,   I'm a bit torn at the moment, looking to get a new DAP, and on my shortlist is the Cowon Plenue D and the Fiio X3ii.   I'm wondering if anyone has any information on which is better in terms of sound quality only, is it worth going for the Cowon for the little extra? I will be...

Does the S7 offer better sound quality and volume in comparison to an iPhone 6? at the moment plugging my ATH-M50x into the iPhone and the volume isnt that loud? sound quality isnt great either

I am in the market for a new phone and also a new DAP, i was thinking of getting the S7 and something like the Fiio X3,  should i just get the S7 edge? or is it worth getting a standalone audio player?

Ok so i went with the 650's, got a almost new pair on ebay for £175, ($250) and purchased the two little schiits :) cant wait to try it all out!   Thanks for all the responses guys! 

After much research online the Sennheiser 650 just seemed to outshine a lot of headphones around that price range, consistantly good reviews and 'Top Of' lists swayed me

Thanks i think im gunna go for the 600's with the Magni and Modi.   I also have a question regarding file format, should i be downloading FLAC files to get the best quality sound? how much different are they from MP3, is it worth it?   Thanks
