Yeah i plug my iem into the headphone out, not the line out

Hi everyone. My dx50 is on the latest firmware, which is 1.9.4. However the Left/Right Balance doesn't work. Have anyone suffered this before or could suggest me how to fix it. I need this function to adjust my earphones. Thk you guys
