Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread

This cable works with Pro 82. I haven't used it extensively with Pro 82 as I don't used them outside and for home usage stock cable is more suitable, so can't say anything about durability. Looks very good though. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/32810096399.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dhQGpLn

I don't think he can use mic of that cable with the O2 + Idea.

Don't know about you, but for me cost of shipping items back to China is generally more than cost of the items I buy from AliExpress. So shipping items back is never really an option.

That is incorrect. Both black and silver colors are available in all versions. This whole thread started based on black color v1 of Pro 82. Color of the box (v1 white, v2 black) and cable connector (v1 silver, v2 black) changed between versions, but colors of the headphone itself remained the same.

    Bluedio impressions thread

I agree, AliExpress does this practice of increasing prices few days before the sale to make sales look more impressive. However, there are sometimes a few deals that make sales worth waiting for. In terms of Bluetooth headphones, during last couple of sales I found Edifier W830BT and Ausdom...

Silicon pads have been used in different headphones before. I almost bought an old Panasonic headphone with silicon pads recently (refrained from doing so due to sweat factor and inability to change their pads)

If these were the same price as Pro 82 I would have certainly bought these. Like the color scheme and the logo looks a lot better than Takstar logo.

Massdrop x Sennheiser HD 58X Jubilee Review & Measurements

Same here :disappointed:. I don't know why they are making these tour the whole Germany . Tracking information shows it's been to four locations in Germany now with "Processed at Transit Facility" as the status update.

Are the JVC HAR-X700 and 900 still the best budget cans?

I used to have RX700 and still have RZ910 (RX900). These were very popular before the rise of various budget chinese brands (Superlux, Takstar etc) when decent sounding headphones from established brands started in $100 plus range. In my opinion there are now many choices in less than $70...

In my opinion Takstar Pro 82 (yes, I like them enough to recommend them despite the discussion that's going on in this thread right now :yum:) and Bosshifi B8 are better headphones than ISK MDH9000 and its clones in this price range.

    Philips SHP9500 Discussion Thread

I have both SHP9500 and HD598SE. If price is not an issue then HD598 is the better headphone in my opinion. It's not that SHP9500 isn't great. It has better price / performance ratio and on some songs when it hits its stride it sounds amazing. But overall I consider HD598SE a better well rounded...

Yes, AliExpress is good place to buy these headphones. However, you should look at seller ratings and feedback to determine which seller you want to buy from.

B8 are primarily built of wood and metal parts. It's just that the metal parts are painted in such a way that you can mistake it for plastic. In my opinion they have very good build quality and look excellent.

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread

I don't think so. I haven't yet tried changing pads of Pro 82 as I haven't felt the need for it. I did try to change pads of B8 and changed them with normal Brainwavz pads. Sound quality deteriorated significantly.

Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread

Bosshifi B8 are not uncomfortable at all. It's just that Pro 82 is amongst the most comfortable headphones. Pro 82 is better in terms of everything you said, more room for ears, better pads and less clamping force. For my ears Bosshifi B8 are somewhat on ear as parts of pad rest on my ears while...

Amongst the headphones you have mentioned, I currently own ISK HP2011, MDH 9000, Bosshifi B8 and Pro 82. In my opinion Takstar Pro 82 and Bosshifi B8 are a step above the other headphones you have mentioned. I enjoy both Bosshifi B8 and Pro 82 in terms of sound quality, but there is no...

I may be mistaken, but I don't know of any fake Fiio products being around. Yet, all Fiio products I have bought come with scratch code for verification of authenticity of their products. Takstar Pro 82/GM200 Review, impressions and discussion thread

With your earlier post you got me excited. I hoped (wished ) for "2.5 mm balanced cable for Pro 82" and/or "Boom Pro sort of microphone cable" for Pro 82 from Takstar. To be honest this lottery is a bit underwhelming. This way only one guy will get the benefit. I would have preferred...
