I just ordered a gun metal at Juno Records for 140£. I am not too worried about it`s high resolution and revealing nature, since I think I have the amps for it. Especially the LD MKIV-SE will probably be a good match, and the LP G109 and Sabaj DA3 will probably also work well.

You know that from personal experience, or...? As I said, it works with my HTC A9.

Received the Sabaj`s bigger brother today, and it works great with my HTC A9, and no hum. Don`t know about iOS yet.

Thanks sheldaze. Yes, i`m running Android. One of my OTG cables has a connection for external power. I`ll see if i can find a cable to connect it with a power brick or a power bank.     Edit update: Tried to connect the external power lead to a 5V 1.5A charger, and still no go.    OTG works...

I can`t get it to work with OTG. I have tried with two phones and two cables. I only hear a clicking noise.   Anyone?

There is an issue with Tidal`s exclusive mode. You need to be able to set your DAC to 16/44.1 in Windows soundcard settings for the DAC. Use any other values than that, and Tidal will show a bar, which asks you to adjust the settings to 16/44.1. That makes it useless for many DAC`s. Tidal needs...

Ah okay. I received this update over a week ago, i think. I guess they are still rolling it out.

If you mouse over your DAC in Tidal settings, a mark (a "star" or something) will appear to the right. Click on it, and you will get two options. Force volume, and exclusive mode. If these settings works with your DAC, and  if it is not the default soundcard in Windows settings, your are running...

MF V90 takes 16/44.1, but Tidal refuses to play, as long as it cannot be set to lower than 24/96 in soundcard settings.
