What's the difference between resolution and clarity? How does it impact headphones sound quality?

Would it be possible running an Audeze LCD 2 through a Chord Mojo Dac/amp with good results?   Im currently running my LCD 2´s through an O2/Odac combo and been thinking of upgrading my rig for a while now.    - Have 600 euros in my pocket ready for use.    Thanks in advance

Have'nt responded back on my question in over 2 weeks + Have no instructions for pad replacement on the lcd headphones. The sad thing is that Audeze sells headphones for 4000 + dollar and have no decent customer service... Its ridiculous!!   So be warned dont make the same mistake i did and...

Is it possible to install new pads on lcd2's fazor edition and where can i (if possible) find them cheap? :D

Do you have a recommendation for an amp/dac combo for my lcd rev 2.2 fazor?     preferably in the 200-300 dollar bracket...  At the moment im sitting on a Hegel Super portable dac and Wonder if a more powerful amp will give better sound?

yeah try checking out the lcd 2 in a store before you buy so you know its right for you after all its 1000 bucks :)! 

Yea its a pretty big jump in instrument seperation, clarity and depth overall. I got the hd 600. :) you get what you pay for all is the common rule for most professional brands besides beats by dre imo. :D

Compared to over ear headphones which is equal good in clarity, detail and neutrality as er4pt?

I have not personally heard the hifiman's but i've read they are leaning more to the neutral side of planars with less bass exstension but more treble in that sense. I can speak highly for the LCD 2 because i im listening to a pair myself :). These cans do music great the only thing to concider...

Lcd works great with everything even jazz.. i would recommend them even if they sound a little darker then the rest. Or hifiman 560 is good buy too.

I've noticed a big difference in resolution between the headphones i got. (Sennheiser HD 600 and Audeze LCD 2) In comparison between them i noticed that the lcd 2 has 104 mm driver tranceducers while the hd 600 only have around 30-50 ish...   Does this matter at all for the sound quality or is...
