So I just ran my DT880 250ohms directly through my Galaxy S6 edge and I am getting medium level sound; I then tried to see what would be the equivalent in terms of sound level on my PC running through my DACport slim and it takes maxing out the volume knob @ low gain - does that sound right?

Can anyone comment regarding the durability/reliablity of the Aune T1? I've been seeing quite a few complains around the net regarding poor build quality with inputs becoming loose and failing over time etc; any truth to that or is it just misuse/abuse of the product?   Cheers.

Just pulled it out and it didn't reboot! So how do I make sure I get into high power mode/state?   Thanks for the help!   EDIT: Just moved the power plug around and I seem to now be in high power mode (when I pull the USB cable from the back the m9xx restarts) yet it sounds the same.

I have the USB cable that's running from the 5V, 2A port to the power supply plugged in as the well as the USB that's connecting between the USB 2.0 port on the m9xx and the PC.

Quick question to all the audio aficionados here - when I run my DT 880s (250ohm premiums) it seems like it requires cranking the m9xx all the way up to 99 to get adequate high volume; I didn't expect that I would need to max out this $499 dac/amp just to run my cans at listenable high volume...
