I asked him about it last night and he said things have been really busy this holiday season, so it probably won't happen this year. But he might be interested in hosting one early next year if there's enough interest for it. I enjoy smaller meets so count me in for a 2018 meet.

I had the opportunity to compare the Zmf Cocobolo to my Zmf Zebrawood on a JDS Element down at the SoCal CanJam today in the JDS booth. I only had a few minutes to sit down with them, but the former had a strong-arm sub bass, while mine was lush. Amazing finish on the Cocobolo though.

Almost 120 hours in on a set of SS V5 singles and after some popping noises, I opened the case and the op amps had melted. Waiting on Burson's reply. These were part of the old stock from Christmas.

About 4 hours in, they sound surprisingly similar to my modded Hd650's, with the exception of a sub bass that is completely unreal and the highs are a tad more laid back.
