  Yes, the bass in ZS3 is heavier and I can say slower...   I like better the ATE-S   But I also think it's a matter of how the in-ear adapts to your ear canal.

I have ZS3 with silver cable and ATE-S.   I like better ATE-S.   I have a pair of ATR coming and starline tips + comply coming too, we'll see...
