Hate to say it, but I agree. He's been awful and led me on since the start of my order. Not interested in following Trinity anymore, this is my first order from them and first time that I've ever experienced such awful awful customer support and purchasing experience.

I disputed the purchase and upped it to a claim and received a refund in about a day thanks to paypal, it should work for you as well.

Which is why I'm never buying from Trinity ever again, and if anyone asks me about Trinity, I'll be sure to let them know how awful my experience with Trinity was. Just opened a dispute in Paypal as it's been exactly 180 days since my order, don't wanna risk losing buyer protection.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get a refund from Trinity? Emailed Kieran yesterday and he said it'll be refunded soon but no notice yet. I might have to go through Paypal soon.

Jake said my order would be shipped "guaranteed" 1 month ago. He said my order would be shipped 2 weeks ago, "no more waiting". I just asked him again and he said it's been delayed. AGAIN. What on earth did I expect from Trinity Audio, hah.

I haven't been following the thread closely, can someone explain/show pictures of the modular cable system and how it works with the Icarus I? Speaking of which, any updates on release dates of the Icarus I?

Were the Atlas Deltas cancelled last minute? Personally I don't mind the change to the Masters but I'm just annoyed and upset that some folks received their Masters 2 weeks ago here and I'll only receive mine in 2-3 weeks and I don't even know if they'll delay it again. This is ridiculous.

Has anyone received their Atlas Deltas/Replacement Masters IEMs? Feels like anyone who ordered the ADs were screwed over the most in terms of delivery dates. Jake said they were "guaranteed" to ship 3-4 weeks ago but turns out they're only shipping the replacement Masters this week, so not sure...

My ADs are supposed to come this week according to Jake with a "guarantee", I hope they do come otherwise anything else they say pretty much can't be trusted.

After sending Jake an email expressing my displeasure of the situation he claimed that they'd be shipping the Atlas Delta's by the end of this week (Basically Friday) and I asked if it was another typical "next week" response and he told me he'd "guarantee" that it ships by the end of this week...

  That's a very, very optimistic way to look at it. That money can be easily invested in somewhere else, even the bank, where you get interest for it. Albeit it's only 0.03% or higher, dependent on where you live. Either way you're treating Trinity as if it's some kind of bank.

After investing a huge amount of time waiting for this, people just want their products, you don't just go "oh, I waited 3-8 months just to get a refund" just like that.
