here's a simplistic comparison. When using my KSC-75 (75ohms impedance) I need to dial the vol knob to 2-3pm on the low-gain LDM+. Around 12-1pm on the regular-gain one. I recall preferring the regular-gain LDM+ with the KSC-75. Hiss is inaudible in my work environment unless absolutely...
