Just an update, put op amps in as suggested all worked ok after a bit of listening tried a BB 0228 and then a TL2082 but decided on a  BB 2134 which suited my listening taste  perfectly. Might change 072 if y can find something similar but no rush as it sounds ok as it is. Many thanks...
