So I tried to compare the isolation of my V6s to other items where I know the rating. My best estimate is that I'm getting about -15 dB of isolation/reduction rather than the rated -26 dB. Do folks think I can get improved isolation with a refit?

I picked up my first pair of CIEMs, some 1964 Audio V6s. The noise isolation is a bit disappointing, but the sound and comfort are good. The isolation is nowhere near my Etymotics and even slightly worse than my Dunu with Comply tips. Should I get a refit, or am I expecting too much? Thanks.

Does anyone have a recommendation for a good audiologist for ear impressions in the Denver area? I am getting some 1964 Ears V6s. I went to one of the audiologists from the 1964 website. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, I am tired of wasting my time and think it is time to try someone else. Thanks.
