I recently purchased denon ah d5000's used... They have no scratch and don't appear to have been modded internally at all, but the right ear pad is torn and wearing even further... So I am looking to replace this.. I only spent about 140USD on the cans, so I cant really justify the 120 on angle...

So to start off i live in japan, which skews the prices of many headphones.  Audio technica, denon, and others are quite cheap over here.  this is pertinent to the fact that the dt770s are a similar price to the rest of the world. I am looking for a good pair of closed headphones...
