Any feedbacks on the Spring tips size XL? I see the diameter is 14mm, way too large compared to the L size (11mm~)- mmq2404

Oh, Sorry I forgot to mention. I was compared the Spring tips' Large size. The "smaller than 12mm in diameter" statement is actually referred to some comments on this thread, I don't have the right tool to measure them tho. Here the picture of Spingtip size L vs some others tips (13mm)- mmq2404

Spring tips are smaller than 12mm in diameter, even smaller than the Spinfit CP100 M. The minimum tips diameter for my ears canal is 12.5mm. So I think your mileage may vary tho.- mmq2404

I'm using Spinfit CP100 Size L, best fit for my ears so far as well as tuning, may be they fit so they can provide the best sound to my ears (best bass response). The stock Spring Tips is unfortunately too small, waiting for Moondrop's larger size release.- mmq2404

Highly recommend the Hidizs DH80S for KATO synergy together very well. And for those who wants a slightly tamed sound for KATO pure OCC copper cable is the best match. The current combo brings the warmness to the sound without sacrificing treble sparkle and details. The sound is more organic...- mmq2404

Yes, we tried swapping each other nozzles and tried using the same pair on each other IEM. Of course when using my friend's nozzles on my KATO, it sounds good as my friend's KATO with his nozzles.- mmq2404

@MOONDROP Do you guys have any plan selling the sole KATO filters? Today I just realized my KATOs sound different than my friend's. Mine bass is slightly weak in the weight and the overall sound is quite thin compared to my friend's. So I decided to change the KATO filter by remove the inner...- mmq2404

Me too, when I unboxed the KATO and eagerly put on the ears. They disappointed me because of the fit. I usually use 12-13mm in diameter ear tips. But a friend of mine whose ear canal are smaller than me is very pleased with the Spring tips. He gave good feedbacks about the sound. So I think the...- mmq2404

Spring tips fit my KXXS well Spring tips even fit KXXS better than KATO itself, this is so funny. LOL KATO's nozzle is slightly longer than the Spring tips's silicon ring so it's moving out of the position. You guys can check my pictures.- mmq2404

I consider selling Asgard 3 as a "down-grade" to me tho, my table didn't have enough space for work from home gear so I decided to trim it a bit. Sennheiser HD660S... Finally a successor for the HD650?
@Tripokaridos Actually I'm the one that has the brighter HD660s, my cans are boosted upper-high around 10-14KHz, using EQ to tame these freqs will affect the sound in a good way. My cans are Romania 2019 version. My colleague's HD660s are don't (tried pads swapping) :frowning2:- mmq2404

Sennheiser HD660S... Finally a successor for the HD650?
Mine are the Romania version with old design, no "Made in Ireland" printed on. I tried each pair of pads on both, the leaner pads do easier to listen to compared to the newer. But the treble difference is too obviously even when they're still on the table, without wearing them. I will give...- mmq2404
