I looked them up and there is no way I can get them in UK and I dont want import.

I forgot to write it in-ear monitors.

I do not have any amp just a sound card Asus Xonar D2X 7.1 PCI-E. I'm planing to listen from my phone as well. About signature I have no idea but something neutral with some base will be ideal.  I usually listen to chart music, melodic dub-step and rock.
