That is a job for the police to undertake if there is enough suspicion on an individual. Audeze would not have the power or right to search an employees home.

I'd buy one if it was $2000-2500 more likely than not, assuming they live up to the hype. I don't think I could ever consider spending 4000-5000 on a pair that is for sure (not to say I could not afford to get a headphone at that price).

I could also do a comparison of the Vibro and HE400i down the track as well, got both among a lot of other cans. Gosh, you leave audio sites for a few months - and the Alpha Dog and Vibro get superseded by a higher model  so tempting to upgrade to the higher ups for both  

The Sig DJs probably are the very best portable cans, if you were a basshead or wanted its sort of sound for electronic (like I have them for). They are good headphones, but you are right they are overpriced.  Should be more like 500-600 USD. I'm pretty happy to have scored a pair for $575 AUD...
