I agree with rejit. k10 is flatter. I like fitear's tuning. Parterre for classical for me.

I just received my first CIEM in the form of K10 (acrylic, of course).  Ear impressions were done with open mouth/bite block as advised by John.  The fit is good and comfortable with great isolation. Easy and painless placement.  I found removal easy by slipping tip of thumb in the space...

That's odd. Mine was mailed on Monday and cleared within a few hours.  Hope it gets to you soon. 

  I think everyone gets their CIEM photographed for final approval before shipping. I got pictures with my personal design option (still en route after a flight cancellation out of China).  Hope that helps.

    I cycled through a whole bunch of tips and feel that Shure olives and Comply tips provide me the best comfort and isolation.  I just didn't do as well with silicon tips, including the SpinFits.  I guess it is depends on anatomy and personal preference, as with many things. 

I strongly recommend Jimmy Carr. He's my favorite.
