Checked the U2, unfortunately it is a one way converter or atleast the opposite of what I want to accomplish, I want a coax to usb adapter instead to work around with the DI-24, while waiting for them to enable the clock input to be an spdif input too if they're planning to do so.

Yeah it for sure requires a firmware to make it work like an spdif. By coax to usb adapters I am not referring to the matrix, but rather something like this. I saw some from aurrender as well but kind of expensive, this one's pretty cheap.

Yeah that "Multiduty" is something noteworthy, it doesn't say on the site what that means but hope it is a multi function like spdif-clock input combo. Also I saw some coax to usb adapters, does that work? Is it okay to use something like that?

I hope that's true as I got a confirmation that they are discontinuing the DI20, and the customer support also said that the coax/spdif input is "cancelled" as well on the DI24.

I see, I wish they can make an amp with the same form factor as the THX one but with the same performance with M9 or M19. I really like the Audio-GD, but the form factor of their amp is a big NO for me because of space constrains in my room :(.
