that was one of the things that bugged me on the original universals, I would constantly readjust the eartips on the iem before putting them on. Maybe some good can come from misplacing my original 3u.

Perhaps the fiio x7? It has a system to swap out the amps, kind of like the Hifiman hm-901. You could have an amp for iems, one for some full sized headphones, and one for balanced. It uses full android, so you could use an app like tidal for your music. It also uses the ess9018 as the dac...
