Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
Haylou T16 arrived rather early. Bought it for about usd50 in local currency. Early impressions it sounds balanced and transparent, not warm not bright, vocals are well defined, details are adequate. I'm impressed with it's wide soundstage. Timbre is rather good, I guess because of ccaw driver...- de51red

iBasso IT00 and AM05 Two very different IEMs with one purpose, to Enjoy the Music!
I can only speak of Kbear Diamond, IT00 sounds more balanced compared to it. As the Diamond tuning is V-shaped its vocal/midrange may sound "sunked", midbass is higher on diamond too. Soundstage is narrower. Overall more energetic on IT00, especially the drums. It's been a while since I got a...- de51red

iBasso IT00 and AM05 Two very different IEMs with one purpose, to Enjoy the Music!
Plugging in the MMCX connector was pain in the ass on my left bud in particular. Slipped and scratched the body in the process. @Paul - iBasso please make the connector easier for normal human to plug! The connector was tight, not sure how I'm gonna swap cable, probably gonna hammer them...- de51red

iBasso IT00 and AM05 Two very different IEMs with one purpose, to Enjoy the Music!
Finally copped IT00 after looking at dharmasteve and audio123 impressions. Saying that this is better than Starfield is a huge claim but it's good that I don't need to dig my wallet deeper for Starfield.- de51red

7Hz Impressions & Discussion
i-77 Pro owner checking in, got this with an initial thought to be BL-03 upgrade. After some research mentioned that this is the set to go for if you looking for natural timbre and neutral sound. And boy it delivers, at least to me. It's steps above in detail, separation and technicality and...- de51red

Blon in ear monitors impressions thread
I think he's just saying that Blon is overly hyped. Ultimately should trust your own ears. I found myself keep coming back to this pair. Still amazed how this cheap n' cheerful thing, the vocal is nicely tuned without being screechy esp in upper mid (kpop female vocal) and it's soundstage.- de51red

Knowledge Zenith (KZ) impressions thread
Wow surprised you responding to this. Actually I went for the ZS7 but due to sharp edges on the build I had to let it go. Ultimately the only KZ I still keep and enjoy is ZS10 due to its build and engaging sound on contrary to what majority say that is weirdly shaped, sounded unbalanced and bass...- de51red

Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
Agree, I can praise this pair all the way but doesn't mean it's all sunshine and rainbows. On some instruments Diamond can be shouty and piano doesn't sound full bodied (high mid boost?). Hopefully it will even out after burn-in. And on comfort part, I also feel slight ache after few hours of...- de51red

Chinese / Asian Brand IEM Info Thread
First 2 hours with Kbear Diamond, they sound just like Blon with more detail. Swapped the tips CP145 and got better deal. Further on listening Diamonds can handle busy tracks well, no muddy mess like Blons. Just feel the male vocals are slightly recessed. Soundstage narrower than Blon, so to...- de51red

Going fully Wireless IEMs. Too soon? Or are we there yet?
I went for Tronsmart Spunky Beats. Overall sound is kind of balanced, enough details, round vocals and tight bass, but treble don't extend much. Very low hissing when idle, plus its got aptx. Connection has been stable, signal loss is minimal. Earpiece don't stick out too much so its comfy and...- de51red

Blon in ear monitors impressions thread
Out of the box this thing can be a tricky one.. Luckily it didn't take long for me to get a good fit. Tried various tips such as KZ starline, Spinfit cp100, comply tips and finally settled with medium CP145. Got it in gunmetal color with TRN 6 core copper cable. Love the natural and enjoyable...- de51red
