MrSpeakers ETHER C Review / Announcement - A New Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Flagship from MrSpeakers
You can also find the mojo at Audio High in Mountain View. I mentioned Audio Vision because they also carry the EtherC.- Sivert

MrSpeakers ETHER C Review / Announcement - A New Closed-Back Planar Magnetic Flagship from MrSpeakers
I have both the se846 and etherC, as well as the mojo. I think the etherC is much better than the se846. Regarding isolation, I've not used them on the road, but at the office (desks next to each other in an open area) I found they isolate just as well. From the "corporate bus" comment I think...- Sivert

Audio GD Master-11(Combination from Master 7 and Master 9)
I bought an Ether-C at CamJam and I am thinking of moving my DAC-19 and LC to my desk at work. So now I need to replace my home setup and I was thinking of the Master-11 (since I like the DAC-19 so much). But I'm also contemplating using my LC discount and buying a Cavalli amp (I would still...- Sivert

CanJam SoCal 2016 Impressions Thread (March 19-20, 2016)
I don't know what DAC they were using. It was silver with what looked like an led dot display on the silver surface. They had a Mac but I don't know if the files were there or if it was just a controller for a server.- Sivert

CanJam SoCal 2016 Impressions Thread (March 19-20, 2016)
Good point, thank you for bringing this up and refreshing my memory. I had a balanced cable, but it was 4-pin XLR and I did not have an adapter to 2.5mm balanced. The DAP has twice the power on its balanced output (150mW per channel vs. 75mW per channel). I'm not sure if it would be enough since...- Sivert

What a great show, thank you to everyone involved in making it happen! It was great to see some of the faces associated with the usernames that provide great insights and knowledge in the forums. It was a treat to meet @Stillhart and @conquerator2 at the Cavalli tables. I got my DAC-19 based on...- Sivert

Audio GD Master-11(Combination from Master 7 and Master 9)
I hope the issues with the volume spikes get resolved. I was considering buying a Master11 but ended up buying the DAC-19 (which I love) to use with my LC. One of the reasons why I ended with the DAC-19 was the volume spike issue. I know it is very rare, but that is something I am not willing...- Sivert

Hifiman HE1000 Planar Dynamic Headphone
Thanks. I guess in some ways headphones and music are like a religion since they give us peace, comfort and joy. They also help keep us out of trouble (it is hard to get in trouble when listening to music*). * unless your significant other doesn't think you spend enough time with them, in...- Sivert

Hifiman HE1000 Planar Dynamic Headphone
Quite a bit because I was finalizing the design as I was making it. As a result, I had to redo certain parts because I decided to make it different. To make things worst, I was also quite rusty because I had not done any woodworking in quite a while. I guess I started working on it about 4...- Sivert

New Audio-gd DAC-19 [10th Anniversary Edition]
I've been enjoying my DAC-19 so much that I decided to make a small audio stand for my night table where I can put my DAC-19, Liquid Carbon and HE-1000s. Next project will be an enclosed headphone stand to keep the dust out.- Sivert
