To use Tidal and or Spotify you would need to use 3rd party apps. Depending on the operating system you use For Android you can use apps such as BubbleUPNP or Mconnect for connecting Tidal and Qobuz For iOS you can also use Mconnect for Tidal and Qobuz. Perhaps a regular iOS user could advise...

I use my phone (Pixel 8 Pro) as a hotspot and use the Go figure app to connect the Poly to the hotspot. I am then able to use Mconnect to access Qobuz/Tidal or my folders on my SD Card. If I know I am going out I enable the hotspot on my phone before starting the Chord/Poly

Currently my headphones are Koss Porta & Meze 99. Koss for casual use and Meze for relaxed use Who knows regarding the dB levels I find boosting by a couple of dbs across the board helps give me the sound I'm looking for especially when tying to pick out bass from some tracks
