DX200=Affordable High End Audio. Dual ES9028Pro dacs. AMP1, AMP3, AMP5, AMP7 & AMP8 ***Firmware support now up for AMP9***
I echoed this. I followed a link mentioned a few posts earlier in this thread and ordered a tempered glass screen protector. It fits well (surprisingly) with about 1 mm or less gap around it. The phantom swipe issue went away for me instantly and the screen is now more responsive. I would highly...- Crazypaladin

I am using the KSE1500 too. In a previous firmware, 1.3.xx, the line out of the DX200 is full volume and my KSE1500 volume at 8-9 is very loud for me. The new firmware 2.xx allows line out volume to be variable and hence you might want to crank up the volume of DX200 line out to max. One more...- Crazypaladin

The latest firmware 2.0.6 beta works well for me. Now the swiping is fast and continues the same effort to stop phantom swiping like 1.5.9 firmware did. Well done iBasso. In Mango mode, the swiping works fine too. I would appreciate faster swiping response but it is not bothering me...- Crazypaladin

Paul, any chance the bundled leather case will be sold as an accessories? I am fond of nice looking leather case and would like to change mine once it's worn out! Any price indication will be good too!- Crazypaladin

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
Great pairing with DX200 (Mango dedicated player mode) line-out to KSE1500! Enjoy the synergy and the DX200 had such low hiss that connecting to the KSE1500 without any -10db or -20db input adjustment worked great resulting in no static noise at all!- Crazypaladin

DX200=Affordable High End Audio. Dual ES9028Pro dacs. AMP1, AMP3, AMP5, AMP7 & AMP8 ***Firmware support now up for AMP9***
I have the player for close to a week now. All these times, I am using the Andriod player on single ended with my FitEAR MH334 CIEM and the sound out of the box is very pleasing. There is a sense of depth/sound stage and good details. This is definitely one of the better player I have owned...- Crazypaladin

First post in this thread! I just got the DX200 in my country Singapore and out of the box, the sound is even better than my AK320! Loving it! It's as good sounding as the QP1R. They are just different sounding but suits my listening preference well! Is there a tempered glass screen...- Crazypaladin

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
My attempt to make a "portable" KSE1500 stack using the Shanling M1 USB out to USB input of the KSE1500. Wonderful pairing and very good for listening on the move.- Crazypaladin

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
I tired the above recommendations and they all worked. Yesterday I hooked up my QP1R line out to the KSE1500 and there was no static at all. It's a surprise to me since my QP1R has a slight back ground hiss but with the KSE1500, there was no hiss at all (input -10db). The tips worked! With the...- Crazypaladin

Shure KSE1500 Review - Shure KSE1500 Sound Isolating Electrostatic Earphones
Received my KSE1500 yesterday and loved the sound from the built-in DAC. However the line-in seems very sensitive and picks up a lot of static from my Mojo and Hugo. Tried the tips from Jude posted on the same thread and it works but any other tips that I should be aware of?- Crazypaladin

Questyle QP1
I read somewhere about QP1R newest batch and something about its better quality in sound. Did something change in the newest batch? Can't find much information about it. I already like the existing QP1R which own and quite intrigued to find out if anything change in the newest batch- Crazypaladin

If this is any indication a new FW is out next week, then it just brighten my expectation for next week... so far all work and nothing really to look forward to. Noble Audio - Introducing KATANA
I auditioned it today for 20 minutes, and comparing it with my FitEar MH334. First impression was that the separation was good as you can hear the various instruments distinctively. The sound signature is really neutral as my MH334 sounds more punchy and bassy when compared to the Katana. The...- Crazypaladin

The latest firmware 1.0.6 had not yet increase the library size beyond 999 and also the promise to make it a USB-DAC is a long wait still... Anyone closer to Questyle can comment when the next firmware will be released? Also I read a few threads earlier that a QP2 will be debuting soon. Any more...- Crazypaladin
