Ah, I thought a pre-amp was the same as a phono stage but after reading about it online I understand the difference. Yes I'm looking for a phono stage.

It's for use with a turntable. Not sure if it would make a difference but given the discussions around here around the best amps/cables/DACs for those headphones thought there might be some pre-amp recommendations.
