    Connector pins for Ety ER4?

Did a search, found quite a few similar topics, but no answers, so here we go again...   I'm thinking of making my own low-profile, over-the-ear cable for my ER4P, perhaps throwing in the option of a P/S convertor switch.   Thing is, short of ripping out my existing stock cable, I have...

    Complys hate alcohol

I used to clean my ER6i (the whole thing, driver and tip, all the way to plug) with 99% alcohol, with the foamies on. Heck, the foamies couldn't possibly get dirtier than they already are. Nothing ever happened to the 6i or the foamies, except getting cleaner. So I do the same with the...

Weird problem with brand new e4c

Proud new owner of e4c with complys Problem though: on my iriver h320, low frequencies are skewed to the left side. No such issue with the rest of the frequencies, it's just that the bass thumps more on the left side. Same thing when I switch sides or tips. Added the volume attenuator...

    Westone foamies inconsistent

I've been on Westone's yellow foamies with my ER6i for a while now, and I've noticed one thing: some tend to leak. When that happens, the bass punching on only one side gets really irritating. I'm pretty sure it's the foamies, 'cos the effect is reversed when I switch the tips left and right...

    upgrading from er6i

hi, newbie here i've tried out the shure e4 and they seem like a good move up, especially on the bass part. before i part with the money, i'm just wondering, is there a way to pump up the treble and counter the roll-off? 'cos i love the er6i sound (less the microphonics). does amping help...
