Optoma's NuForce BE Free8. I have the Primo8 and absolutely love them

I had the same problem when I started using a Weston Alpha cable, I ended up bending the pin on the cable side ever so slightly. It was a solution I came across on the forum.

Umm judging by your question you didn't know, umm, i did mention they were mmcx and that the steep angle makes it difficult for the wire to go over your ear so umm the wire does nothing to support the iem.

They both use an mmcx connector and are interchangeable. I have used the blue ue cables with se215's but the fit was not was a little awkward. The ue cable has a slight angle that is specific to the way the ue 900s fit in your ear.

From my experience UE Pro doesn't use a call center but Logitech definitely does.

Thinking about selling them, they are like new with original packaging with receipt with the extra two yr warrant for registering them. pm me if interested

  Are you contacting the correct customer support?       Since I purchased mine from the UE pro website they were the correct point of contact and they took care of the issue.   If you got them from anywhere else I think you would need to contact Logitech support or the company you purchased...

I understand, I purchased and returned 3 sets from different vendors all had the old connector.  I ordered these from pro dot ultimateears site and they are the newest version.
