My x-1 started to distort on bass in music all of the sudden I have no idea how this happened, since i didnt change anything. i tried the serveral gain settings wich didnt make a difference. Ok, cleaned all the bridges on the pcm2702, that one is fine now as far as i could see. Just got that mess on the 102ua and the spot for the resistor left. both are probably connected to the copper of the pcb. The leg on the 102ua thats connected to the copper is the GND leg, does that even...- jornterpstra

Ok so the smd soldering didn't go as planned i need some thinner solder i think, anyway i messed up on some spots, like the spot for R32/C32 and pin 4 at the 102UA. and probably the 2702, but think i can fix those on the 2702... so, pin4 on 102ua and the r32/c32 are bridged as you can see in...- jornterpstra

Got a question, I can get most of the parts easily, but i'm having a hard time finding a cap for : C11 Ceramic 1µF-22µF. 0805 package my problem is that i cant find one thats within those values (1uf-22uf) is there anything i can replace it with ?- jornterpstra

Hm yes i noticed them also. maybe they're something like the AV-710's jumpers ? or maybe nothing like that at all there's a lack of information about this card...- jornterpstra

Thanks for the answer, since its only a temporary solution (I will finish the alien dac soon i hope) for testing the XTRA amp's capability i'll just use the speaker out then.- jornterpstra

So recently i got this XTRA amp, and i want to test it with my fort 4. I just need to know how i can get a line level output from this card ? so i wont be amping the signal twice Anyone knows ?- jornterpstra

Got my XTRA today Connected it to my Zen micro and HD595, sounds pretty nice, but since the zen doesnt have a lineout i'm not going form my opinion about the XTRA yet. I'll be using it with one of my Alien dacs (when finished lol). Btw, its probably normal you cant listen while charging ?- jornterpstra
